Design Solution

The initial phase involved the complete removal of the worn-out deck. Riverside Construction moved the new screened porch toward the window to work with the existing roof line over the garage. Riverside Construction then installed fresh, treated deck boards while at the same time ensuring the porch seamlessly integrated into the existing home, making sure that it appeared as if it had always been part of the residence.

Riverside Construction expertly installed Larson Performance Series single-hung aluminum storm-screened windows to infuse the porch with abundant natural light. These windows allow sunlight to cascade into the porch and offer enhanced ventilation options. Moreover, two transom windows effortlessly channel light into the adjoining kitchen, creating an inviting and bright interior space. To combat sweltering summer days, a Smart LED ceiling fan with a convenient remote control was thoughtfully incorporated into the space, providing optimal cooling and comfort.

Finally, Riverside Construction added a screened door for easy access to the newly poured concrete patio, giving the family a space for grilling and entertaining.
