  • If we are a good fit for your project, we will schedule a complimentary consultation with a project consultant.

First Meeting: Initial Consultation and Discovery

  • Meet with a project consultant to discuss your likes, dislikes, and vision.
  • Evaluate remodeling needs, goals, and discuss potential timelines.
  • Discuss budget and investment comfort zone.
  • Introduce the Comprehensive Project Evaluation process.
  • Schedule the Measure/Design meeting upon approval.

Measure & Design Meeting

  • Review preliminary vision and take detailed measurements.
  • Conduct a design interview to capture your design style and preferences.
  • Discuss initial feedback on color preferences, selections, and layout.
  • Schedule a review of the comprehensive project evaluation (concept design, scope of work, budget proposal).

Detailed Design Phase

  • Bring ideas to life through 2D and 3D design based on your feedback.
  • Review project budget proposal including detailed scope and estimate.
  • Present the opportunity for detailed design and selection process with newly defined layouts & options.
  • Schedule the selections meeting with our in-house designer.

Selections Process

  • Finalize design and selections with our design professionals.
  • Decide on colors, products, materials, and finishes.
  • Collect and track samples of selected items for consistency.
  • Continue to refine design and scope of work as needed.
  • Utilize 3-D design for a clear project visualization.

Trades Meeting / Finalize Plans

  • On-site meeting with trade partners essential for your project.
  • Gather final quotations for selected materials and work scope.
  • Complete final selection sheets, plans, and detailed scope of work.
  • Schedule the construction agreement meeting.

Construction Agreement

  • Review and finalize plans, pricing, selections, and scope of work.
  • Make necessary revisions.
  • Approve construction agreement, setting start and finish dates.

Pre-Production

  • Order materials, start the permitting process, and create the project schedule.
  • Provide access to our project management platform for schedule and updates.
  • Prepare detailed construction info for the team and your project manager.

Construction Phase

  • Conduct a pre-construction meeting with your project manager and production coordinator.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area with minimal disruption.
  • Regular updates and meetings to address any concerns or questions.
  • Implement detailed phase checklists for quality assurance.

Completion and Follow-Up

  • Final walk-through to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Deliver two-year warranty and comprehensive information packet.
  • Request feedback via a third-party survey.
  • Follow-up call at 12 and 24 months to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
