At the top of everyone’s mind right now is the Coronavirus. We’re all asking ourselves: What can I do to protect myself and my family?

As a family-owned business, all of us at Riverside Construction put people first. The health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners are our top priority.

Remarkable and prompt communication is one of our 5 Promises, now kept by paying close attention to the virus and letting you know how we keep you and your family safe.

Below are some of the measures we are taking at our office and on our project sites:

• We follow the government’s guidelines
  Riverside managers regularly review the CDC website and follow every public health recommendation.
• We practice good hygiene
  Our employees will be frequently washing their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and If water is not available, using hand sanitizers and/or disinfectants. We are also avoiding touching our eyes, noses, and mouths.
• We practice social distancing
  Our employees will be limiting direct contact with others – including shaking hands.
• We limit unnecessary travel and avoid crowds
  Our employees have agreed to keep their exposure to other people at a minimum.
• We recognize symptoms of COVID-19 and send people home
  Anyone displaying the major COVID-19 indicators will be asked to go home to protect our customers and staff.
• We disinfect our office and meeting areas
  We are frequently cleaning high touch, shared surfaces in our office and in addition continuing to keep our job sites as tidy as possible.
• We ask our clients about their own health status
  Before going to a project site we will be confirming that no one there shows any symptoms or has traveled to a foreign country within the past two weeks.
• We are eager to hear your feedback and recommendations
  Everyone is learning as they go right now. Please let us know your thoughts, concerns, and ideas for making our daily lives safer.
