Remodeling Need

These homeowners loved their home, but realized if they planned to live there long term, they would need to make some changes. Space was their number one issue.

Design Solution

Riverside Construction built a new family room addition, creating a more balanced elevation. To add additional space, we built a basement below the new family room, and created a safe haven for the family in case of tornados. The additional square footage also allowed for a much needed upstairs office that connected to the master suite.
