Remodeling Need

The homeowner had a large, underutilized entryway in their Battle Ground home and wanted to make better use of the space by adding a functional bathroom. The new bathroom needed to blend seamlessly with the existing space while providing modern amenities and maintaining the entryway’s openness.

Design Solution

Riverside Construction added a new bathroom to the entryway, featuring an American Standard Champion toilet, a sleek pedestal sink, and Delta faucets in brushed nickel. The design included a frameless, flush-mount oval mirror and stylish lighting from Kichler and Progress. The existing flooring was preserved, and a new Broan bath fan with LED light was installed to ensure proper ventilation. The addition was carefully integrated into the existing entryway, maintaining the spacious feel of the area.

Result

The addition resulted in a functional and stylish bathroom that complements the large entryway. The new space is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, making better use of the entry area without compromising its openness.
