Coventry Lafayette Traditional Primary Bathroom Remodel

Remodeling Need

This Lafayette homeowner was looking for a larger, more functional primary bathroom.

Remodeling Solution

The first priority was to remove the unsightly partition wall that divided the bathroom and bedroom to allow for a larger footprint.  The additional square footage gained from the demolition allowed us to relocate the toilet to the exterior wall and install a new large curbless tile shower (with rain glass shower doors and dual shower heads).  The homeowners also wanted more separation between the bathroom and the bedroom, so a pocket door was installed for privacy.

Unique features of this remodel include Wainscot 12 x 12 ceramic tile on the walls and floor, a striking vertical mosaic tile accent strip in the shower, a new vanity with a Hanstone Quartz countertop and a beautiful glass vessel sink.
