Industry News

  • Chad and Stacy recently attended a Indiana Building Code training. Indiana will be moving to the 2020 IRC code (with some additional amendments that are still in the works). Locally we have already been using the updated sheer wall codes. The new code does allow for some new performance paths to allow us to meet code requirements while still being honoring to the existing situations in a remodel environment.

Core Value Focus:

Continuous Improvement

We commit to ongoing learning and development as the catalyst for elevating employees in our relentless pursuit of excellence.

Great current examples of how this is being done:

Chad and Stacy going to the Indiana Building Code training.

Hunter completing his Carpenter 1 training.

Andy, Amos, Casey, Connor, Joel and Kelly doing Sandler Sales training.
