We’re excited to announce that for employees who were employed here for the first quarter the first installment of our quarterly profit-sharing initiative has been sent out as part of your last paycheck!
This initiative reflects our continued commitment to enhancing benefits and rewarding performance. By moving to a quarterly model, we're giving you earlier and more consistent access to bonus compensation—tied directly to how the company performs and how we win together.
Our approach follows a proven gain-sharing model with two key priorities held in balance:
The weighting used to distribute the share is as follows:
Quarter 1 – 20% of the total Profit Sharing available
Quarter 2 – 20% of the total Profit Sharing available
Quarter 3 – 25% of the total Profit Sharing available
Quarter 4 – 35% of the total Profit Sharing available
Loading the end of the year with more of the cost helps shield the company from unforeseen performance issues, while also creating a strong year-end bonus opportunity.
