Team News & Updates

Changes to the Home Care and Repair Team

Team,

We’re excited to share an important leadership update that reflects both the strength of our team and the trust we place in the talent within our ranks.

Effective immediately, Brian Wiegers, Joel Hasteand Jeremy Quinette, will be stepping into new roles as:

Brian Wiegers – HCR Project Consultant

Joel - Acting HCR Branch Manager

Jeremy – Acting HCR Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor

All have demonstrated tremendous commitment, initiative, and potential—and we’re confident they will continue to guide their teams and professional initiatives with integrity, clarity, and purpose.

  • Brian’s instrumental role and unique development skills in helping to establish a solid HCR foundation will now be focused on taking HCR small projects to the next level.  Brian’s extensive development experience will help ensure the systemization of a profitable sales process in the small projects category.
  • Joel has consistently shown a strong commitment to HCR, deep operational understanding, and a passion to support exceptional client experience. His new role allows him to build on that foundation while helping us drive excellence in execution and team cohesion.
  • Jeremy brings a unique combination of technical expertise, drive, and problem-solving ability. He’s earned the respect of those around him, and we believe his leadership, commitment to ongoing training and support will play a key role in moving us forward.

This transition is not just a recognition of past performance—it's a strategic investment in our future. We’re committed to supporting Joel, Jeremy, and Brian as they grow into these roles and continue shaping our culture of excellence.

Please join us in congratulating them and offering your full support as they lead with purpose and take on these new responsibilities.

Here’s to our collective success now and in the future!
