It's time to think about health insurance again! Here are some important deadlines to keep in mind:
Around November 1st: You should receive an email from RemodelHealth inviting you to sign into their platform. Please do so even if you aren't interested. This allows us to know if everyone has received the email! The following video does a nice job of walking you through the steps for the year. Providing accurate information gives them the best chance at determining if any subsidies are available for you to take advantage of. You can use their system to find a plan that might fit your needs.

November 3rd: Open enrollment and advisement begins. If you feel like you need some assistance picking a plan to meet your needs you can schedule a time to have someone walk you through the process to find the best scenario for you! If you are interested in an advisement slot, I would suggest reaching out to them as soon as possible since time and spots are limited.
Even if you want to keep the same benefits, please sign back into the RemodelHealth platform to review and confirm your selection!
All decisions on 2026 plans must be made by December 5th.
Riverside has selected a benchmark (suggested) plan. You may however choose whatever plan fits your needs best. If you choose the benchmark plan Insurance through that plan will cost you:
Employee only: $300 a month or apx $138 a pay period
Employee plus Child: $450 a month or apx $207 a pay period
Employee plus Spouse: $600 a month or apx $277 a pay period
Employee plus Family: $750 a month or apx $346 a pay period
Riverside adds to your paycheck the cost between what the benchmark plan costs and the monthly cost along with the additional tax cost because you are now at a higher tax rate. That dollar amount follows you to any plan you might pick. So if you pick a gold level plan we will still add the same amount to your paycheck, you will just be paying a higher rate. If you pick a bronze plan the same dollar amount follows you and you will pay less per month.
